1. Passport (should be valid for at least six mounths from date of expiry
2. Two recent passport size photographs
3. One duly completed visa form
4. Letter of invitation and immigration status from the host in Zambia
5. Photocopy of flight details, current bank statement or proof of sufficient fun
6. A bonafide tourist is exempted from visa requirement at [4], [5], and [7] above.
